Over the last 8 weeks you have read narratives that told a myriad of stories with complex themes and big-picture ideas. Now it’s time for you to tell your story. In this discussion, write a short (no longer than 250 words) narrative. You should use elements from the narratives we’ve studied (voice, description, elements of style, etc.). A grading rubric will be provided for you in the Assignment Expectations topic.
Consider these prompts to help you get started. You are not required to use one of these prompts.
Describe a moment where you had to make a big decision, and describe the effect of that decision on your future.
What book changed your life and how did it do so?
Who gave you the best advice, and what was that advice?
Describe a time when you were lost (physically or metaphorically) and how you went about “finding” yourself.
