• Analyse the market environment as preparation for the prototype build:
o Short analysis of the current digital marketing approach: What current services are provided? Which channels are used for provision of these services?
o Recommendation for a mobile service: What service is missing? How should a successful service have to look like?
o Discuss whether the mobile service should be based on an app or a mobile website
• Create a working prototype: This is the main part. You will have to build a system that implements the functionality identified (see above).
• Test your prototype with a sample of the target group.
• Justify all of your recommendations with referenced evidence.
