2. After exploring how to measure the Triple Aim, respond to the following in your discussion post:
• Identify one way the Triple Aim is being measured in your local community or state. Provide a clear example.
• In what ways is this initiative working to achieve the Triple Aim?
• Identify areas in this initiative that need improvement to meet the Triple Aim.

• Write a response to the assignment question(s) above in approximately 400 words. Assignments significantly under or over the word limit may be penalized. Your title page and references are excluded from the word count.
• Use two peer-reviewed, academic journal articles that is less than 10 years old to support your work, in addition to the course text. You may use reputable government/professional websites for additional support, but they may not take the place of the journal article as a source for your paper. Sources like newspapers, Wikipedia, and lay websites are unacceptable for use as a reference.
• Must use articles from specific databases such as EBSCOhost, Medline, PubMed, ProQuest, SAGE Journals Online. The Community & Environmental Health Subject Guide is a useful resource.
• All of the sources used in your paper must be cited correctly in APA style. You must include a correct in-text citation for all information quoted or paraphrased from other sources and place the complete citation of any works used in the writing of your paper on a Reference Page.
• All typed work should be in a standard font (e.g., Arial font size 10 or Times New Roman font size 12). All work should be double-spaced.
• Your assignment should demonstrate university-level critical thinking skills. Marks will be awarded for a logical approach as well as accurate content. This is not a course to write summaries of other persons’ work; this is a course where you must demonstrate the ability to think critically and to apply models and theories to real-world situations. Basic knowledge of writing is required, such as how many sentences are in a paragraph and formatting, and so on.
