If there is one thing that is constant in people’s lives, it is change. Change is driven by many factors, such as the makeup of the workforce, social trends, or economic forces. Change management can be defined as the methods and manners through which a company describes and implements change.
Projects drive change in organizations; “A project is aimed at moving an organization from one state to another” (Project Management Institute, 2017). Leaders play a huge role in promoting collaboration and innovation in organizations and among their followers.
Pick one of the leadership styles explained in this week’s assigned readings and define it. Discuss the attributes of that style. Which attribute stands out the most for you? Explain why.
