Project will successfully launch after all tasks are completed and pass acceptance criteria. Key project members will give a presentation to upper management on the whole process and wait for the green light from VP to launch it.

Product manager will be responsible for keeping track of all issues that came up and how the team successfully or unsuccessfully resolved them throughout the process. A post-launch meeting by the product manager will be provided to upper management so that they are aware and can better prepare for upcoming projects.

Legal will review and be required to recommend changes and approve all materials involved in the project, including but not limited to: contracts, scopes of work, third-party agreements, marketing materials, and website content.

In case project is to terminate early, all files should be backed up to internal server for future reference. Agreements should also be cancelled with the assistance of the legal team and any HVAC units in the company’s possession should be returned to the manufacturers for a partial or full refund.
