Strategies: The approaches a department/unit takes to achieve a goal.
Key Metric: A measure used to quantify goals/objectives/priorities of the unit and report performance progress.
Target: The SMART (quantifiable) objective or specific level of a measure/metric that is intended to be reached when a department/unit successfully implements a strategy during the fiscal year.
