Written Submission of Interview should include:
1. An introductory paragraph of the subject you selected to interview.
2. Transcribe the interview using a simple Question and Answer format (See Samples)
3. Identify problem or potential problem (ask question(s) that may have identified actual or
potential HR-related deficiencies or gaps within the organization, department, division,
etc.)
4. Include a personal reflections and analysis segment of the interview at the end of your
paper.
