Utilize the same chosen leaders (attached)Dr. Lyttle and Dr. Abdullah, discuss the implementation of their personal values. Describe areas where they do or do not implement personal value in their leadership styles. (you may research these 2 leaders further)
Give a brief review of both leader’s Leadership Theories
Are they, Managers or leaders
Do they have Servant or Traditional Style
Transactional or Transformational
Discuss their beliefs about relationship building/Techniques used
Do they demonstrate emotional intelligence or not (Provide examples using Appendix B)
