“Writing a 3-2-1 Reflection Paper”
As you watch each of the videos, in the Patient-Centered Care Module, take brief notes on key points or major “take-aways” for you.
Create an introduction paragraph that summarizes the content of the paper. Answer each of the questions using the provided headings on the attached template, then create a summary/conclusion paragraph based on your thoughts. Use the provided template to help you format your paper. APA 7th edition formatting is required for all references and in-text citations. You will need to research how to properly format a reference and cite a YouTube video. Since this is a reflection paper, you may use first person in your writing style where appropriate.
