Mad Scientist Fiction Paper:
Forecasting the Future of Warfare. Megacities, robotics, autonomous weapons, or all of the above. State your argument for future generation weapons, doctrine, or capabilities.
Context: This course is designed for students to take on a fictional spin and develop a story.

Paper Requirements:
• American Psychological Association (APA) standard format for the entire paper (Purdue
O.W.L.)
• Minimum 2500 words, Maximum 2750 words
• Minimum of three (4) diverse resources and (3) other resourses
