How did language emerge in humans?
It is a question that has been asked by many and continues to be a topic of debate. The study of language begins with its origins and the many complexities it entails. Where did language begin?
How did it begin? Is language the most complex feature of communication?
What other forms of communication are compatible to that of the language of humans?
Does it point to a divine Creator or a result of millions of years of human evolution and adaptation for survival?
Are humans capable of creating language isolated from language itself?
Is it an innate feature born of humans or does it arise with nurture and exposure to language?
All of these questions have been debated and will continue to be debated because of the complexities involved with the development of language.
