Read the case titled “Food Service Quality of Dining Facility at Riverside University” and report your findings for all questions 1 through 20 in a 15-to-20-page executive report.
Survey data is provided in the Excel file. The materials are located in the Project Overview section.
General Instructions
Report should be single-spaced, have 1-inch margin on all sides, and use a readable font size and type.
Numbered references should be provided at the end if you have used them.
Be very concise, but do not leave out valuable information. Don’t include data or unnecessary tables/statistics just for the sake of increasing length. If you include tables, refer to them in your writing so I can see how they are helping you answer the question or reach a conclusion.
The conclusion must be supported by data and the best possible statistical test whenever available.
Provide step-by-step answers to the questions asked. Show formulas, variable values, and the solutions.
Interpret numbers even if an interpretation is not specifically asked for in the question.
For hypothesis testing, write the hypothesis, test statistics (show all calculations), critical value or p value (provide details on how you got that value), statistical conclusion, and practical conclusion.
Unless otherwise stated in the question, use a significance level of 5% in the analysis.
