Corporate innovation
Each participant will have to read the MasterCard case (a) and (b) and produce a word format written essay (1500 words maximum) answering the following questions:
How did MasterCard transform the company to innovate and therefore grow?
What did Mastercard do concretely to change its culture?
How did MasterCard create and execute a strategy that strengthened the core of its business and, at the same time, allowed it to build new capabilities and business for future growth?
How did MasterCard manage new, emerging competition in a highly dynamic environment?
