Assignment 5: Health Promotion Group Project Presentation Directions:
In your Windshield Assessment use the identified need for a community health nurse prevention/intervention project in your community. In the Community Program Paper, the planning involved for this project was identified.
In this final presentation, explain how to implement this same project. This should include supporting documentation by a minimum of two evidence-based peer reviewed articles. This project should include:
1. The group identifies the components of the nursing process for the community as client in the presentation. Clearly identify the process of Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of the health promotion project in your assigned community.
2. Evidence of stakeholder input and participation evident.
3. All members of the group exhibit scholarly presentation skills, participation and time management (15 minutes)
