All the characteristics of Resilience are enhanced when you have a rather than a Fixed Mindset.

Fixed mindset individuals believe their basic abilities, intelligence, and talents are set traits. They have a certain amount, and that’s it. Some people are lucky, some aren’t. Leads to a desire to look smart and therefore a tendency to avoid challenges, give up easily, see effort as not worth it, ignore useful criticism, and feel threatened by the success of others.

Growth mindset individuals believe their talents and abilities can be developed through learning, effort, and per Growth Mindsetsistence. Not everyone will be brilliant, but everyone can improve. Leads to a desire to learn and therefore a tendency to embrace challenges, persist after setbacks, see effort as a means to mastery of skills, learn from criticism, and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others.

Copy and paste, and answer the following questions. Your answers should be brief.
