This is in the context of the US Education system.
It will be good to include key historical developments in civil rights and racial integration in public schools in terms of who gets taught.
A good paper makes a clear argument (your opinion), based on specific evidence. This means, for example, that in answer to the first question, a paper should clearly state your opinion about who gets taught in US schools (the demographic and how its changed), are schools fair and what fairness looks like. Your point of view must be clear. But so must the evidence on which your point of view rests; “just because I think so” is not sufficient.

Its important to use sources that are both discussing students and school funding, regulation and operation (you can choose from the links below just make sure to choose from both sections of links).
