Find an article online (from a reliable business or psychology website – do not use a blog site!!!) about customer service and how it either has changed over the years or what helps a company succeed at it.
Write a 1 page double spaced paper summarizing the article and WHY you do or do not agree. Your “why” should be a minimum of a paragraph. 4-5 well thought out sentences. Do not forget to cite the website. If you do not, points will be deducted.
