Discuss the particulars of both and how they behaved. After that is done, discuss how you would have approached the problems of both companies.
You must have at least 5 sources ( no Wikipedia or obscure blogs) with a proper bibliography. The paper must be at least 5 pages, but no more than 7. Within due date it will be scored out of a total of 320 points.
