3.2 Assignment: Survey Analysis

A common means of determining the culture of an organization at any given moment is to take an anonymous survey of all employees. The survey should be comprehensive enough to probe employee attitudes and perceptions of as many culture-influencing factors as possible.

Instructions This assignment will be formally evaluated.

In this activity, you will consider a real survey that was recently used by a health unit in Saskatchewan. At the request of the copyright owner, all information that could be used to identify the health unit has been redacted. Some sentences are thus incomplete and there are blank spaces where there would normally be identifying information.

1. Click on the link below to download the survey. Save it to a place where you can easily find it. Open it, and review it. Health Unit Survey 2. Respond to the questions below in a word processed file. Use the rubric below the questions as a guide for how to structure your responses.

3. Upload the file containing all of the answers to these questions to the dropbox on the next page.
