Keeping your specific desired occupation in mind, what are some basic measures (two or three) that you would expect your own current or predicted workplace to employ before selecting candidates out of an applicant pool? note that measures are items that can be used to predict workplace performance and as such are useful when recruiting and selecting applicants (e.g. resumes, interviews, work samples, personality tests, etc.). Next, explain why these measures should or should not be rank-ordered or employed in no particular order. Last, explain how the size of the applicant pool may influence your choice in the measures utilized and the order in which they are implemented. try your best to use basic concepts from the chapter to support your stances.
