My life situation:
At any job you have there is competition within the company. My job at DB Schenker as the Quality Coordinator, everyone wanted my job since I sat in the office and did “pencil pushing”. All of the other Quality employees wanted to handle the documents, scheduling of audits, being involved with audits.
