• You have been recruited as a project manager of a project that focuses on creating a social media marketing strategy to develop the business and expanding the customers for the multinational energy company (MNC) that you have already examined in your previous task (CW1).
• Using the same company, you have chosen to produce a Project Initiation Document (PID) of 3000 words for this project.
• You need to demonstrate your understanding of the role of projects in delivering organisational strategy and the factors which contribute to effective project management.
• Your audience is the board of directors.
