Businesses need to consider the following:
• How do the data they capture and the algorithms used, develop and increase the intelligence of organisations?
• Is it possible to go from return on investment to intelligence acquisition as a measure of effectiveness and efficiency?
• How can efficiency be improved through understanding – reducing costs and increasing revenues and using data to improve the bottom line and ultimately create value?
• What processes can we use to turn our information into useful insights, and how do these processes influence decision-making within a business or organisation?
