Read the Max Abrahm’s article, “Why Terrorism Does Not Work”
Decide for yourself it you think terrorism can be curtailed, if not stopped, based upon what you learned while reading this piece and what you learned in this study.
Look at the statistical analysis illustrated by Abrahm’s in the article, that is, “Terrorist Groups, Objectives and Outcomes”. Do you agree with his opinions about the validity and success of terror attacks on civilian targets? Why or why not? Discuss why your opinions align with Abrahms, or if they do not, explain why.
Separately write and discuss your agreement or disagreement with the premise that attacking civilians is strategically ineffective, as stated by the author, making sure you back up your stance with facts.
