You are Bryan Mynor, Executive Vice President for Worldwide Sales of Arck Systems. Your organization has just acquired Lux Software. Currently, you are planning to keep the two sales groups separate, however, as you are reviewing Lux Software’s sales compensation plan, you discover some interesting elements of their compensation system.
