Description
In a paper of 5-7 pages (page count does not include title or reference page), develop the plan. Follow the outline you prepared in Week 5. The plan must either feature a strategic plan based on Porter’s Five Forces Model or a Differentiation Strategy Plan. Take into consideration all the functions presented in each week’s lesson: Big data, artificial intelligence, ethical, cultural, political, and legal elements.
The plan must be creative, innovative, and adaptable to the current digital industry forces.
The final section should identify associated risk and a plan to mitigate identifiable risks.
