Project 4: Response to an Ethical Issue/Scenario Assignment
Prompt: In this project, you will identify and explore an ethical issue in your potential field. You will investigate, report on, and respond to this ethical issue by drafting a scholarly article for an audience of non-expert scholarly professionals in your field. The report/response should be presented in a way that considers and responsibly represents viewpoints on that issue to a scholarly audience in your field who are not experts about the issue.
Audience and Medium: The audience for this project are scholarly/academic professionals in your field who come across your scholarly article through a scholarly journal in your field. This audience will be reading your piece to be more informed about the issue.
Format, Style, and Citations: Because you are aiming your article for a specific scholarly journal in your field, you will follow the format and conventions of that scholarly journal with the exception that your article must meet 4 to 5 pages but should be no longer than 7 pages.
You should expect to use 5-6 sources, 3 of which must be scholarly. You can use sources from your previous projects if they fit.
