a) What is driving the problem? Who drives it?
In particular, what forces are leading to expansion of palm oil and deforestation in SE Asia? Is it economics, politics, culture? All? Are these forces local? Global? Both?
b) What are the impacts of palm oil deforestation? Local and global? On people, the environment?
