• You should begin your assignment with an introduction detailing where the assignment will go, what kind of topics/areas will it cover?

• Discuss at least 2 management theories and say how you could use these to instigate innovation and creative solutions to managing gaps in practice in your setting
• You should discuss quality – what does your reading say quality looks like in a setting? How do the quality frameworks help ensure quality practice – do they (according to your reading)?
• How could good leadership impact on the children and families in your setting (according to your reading)? How does leadership contribute to providing a quality service for children and families?
• Throughout you should be making links from your reading on leadership, innovation, creativity and quality to your practice.
• You should conclude by pulling it all together and discussing how the learning from this module can further develop your leadership skills with reference to the Standards for Childhood Practice(2015).
