Q1 – Researching Forecasting Technique (4 points)

Chapter 14 (Lean Supply Chain and Logistics Management, by Paul Myerson, McGraw Hill, 2012, attached) discusses measurement and balanced scorecards for Supply Chain Management. With the attachment included, answer the following questions. Hint: You may have to do some extra research on Balanced Scorecards, Dashboards, and Visual Management to effectively answer this part of the question.
