– Where is the research question? Right now the purpose is too big, so shortened the purpose. You want to be able to provide a study that is doable to answer the research question. Focus on just Nurse Practitioner misdiagnosis?
Put together an OSCE kind of a test for Nurse Practitioners that provides them with a patient to interview, lab results, and signs and symptoms., Then compare how many got the right diagnosis. Afterward, do a focus group to determine what the main cause of misdiagnosis was.
This would be qualitative.
