You have been hired as a sustainability and responsibility consultant for a organisation of your choice (appropriate for your degree).

You are required to prepare a highly visual (e.g., heavy use of infographics) case study report that covers the following:

Internal analysis: Undertake an internal analysis of your chosen organisation to identify its strengths and weaknesses with regard to sustainability and responsibility, using properly referenced sources.

External analysis: Undertake an external analysis of your chosen organisation to identify potential opportunities to be more sustainable and responsible and threats to the ongoing sustainability and responsibility of your organization.

Aggressive strategy: Undertake matching of strengths and opportunities to identify a competitive advantage that your chosen organisation has to be more sustainable and responsible and propose an aggressive strategy to leverage this.

Defensive strategy: Identify where your chosen organisation is particularly vulnerable to a possible threat to their sustainability and responsibility due to their weaknesses and propose a defensive strategy that addresses weaknesses and/or avoids a threat.
