Technical description writing on an item – “Scissors”
Write a technical description of the item:
● A pair of scissors
Write two pages of total original content (no outside sources),
single-spaced.
You may use graphic illustrations; however, illustrations are not required.
Write the technical description to help a reader accurately visualize the
thing being described.
The technical description should present the object or mechanism logically
and understandably. Your readers should be able to grasp the overall
structure from your description.
The description should include the following sections: introduction,
background (what is it?), parts and characteristics, operations, and
processes.
