Part One

Familiarize yourself with pg. 324, Example One, in Chapter Seven. Essentially, you’ll see a story of a project with five weeks, $100K, two of five rooms complete.

Now, run the TIME NOW at end of Week Four, with Four Rooms complete, and a cost of $17.2K per room.
Create a table and fill in the values (of question 1) and answer questions 2 and 3.

Part Two

Considering what you have just learned in both Schedule Management and Cost Management, how do you believe Program Management Offices (PMOs) should track project performance.

Even beyond things like CPI, SPI, and TCPI, what other levers would you recommend are worth using. Please be creative beyond PMBoK alone (but be sure to apply PMBoK too). Contemplate team morale, customer service, utilization, or sustainability, standardization, and strategy (to generate your levers).
