Part I: Goal Orientation

In this role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious goals related to sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining fantastic drivers who are critical to our mission of access to opportunity for all students.

Part II: Recruitment Project Plan

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining 250 drivers in your first year, including 150 drivers between July and September 2021.
